Bed rocks for peace

All peace plans need consideration

When there is a possible solid bed rock for the future

We should Seek to build on it...

Because the future might become greater

Than the past 

Or far worse for all if the area destabilizes by wars and terror and decline endlessly -

A region that has suffered brutally 

Increased land for the Palestinians 

Increased investment for growth and prosperity

Nationhood

Should yield long term peace

Ideally economic cooperation and joint ventures follow on...

Personally I think a neutral Jerusalem under UN administration guaranteed by its security council

Where it's unity and neutrality with hosting to all assemblies 

Might respect everyone more...

But this plan has merit

There is much on offer!!

...assuming it is genuine in what is offered!..??

and does not see utter fragmentation of Palestine, and land areas actually decline for Palestine instead of doubling as portrayed

and it was not a scheme for justifying further illegal annexations

because

being genuine, sincere, a true peace maker,  in a land where holy people once walked

and not seen as a schemer for endless land grabs

is important...

endless illegal land grabs dont demonstrate peaceful intent! it has fuelled endless discontent and violence which was and is then used to fuel further land grabs.. it is a route cause of the endless violence!
